Eric has a bachelor’s of music with an emphasis in music industry and a piano concentration that he received from James Madison University in the Fall of 2013. Through out his college career Eric not only studied and performed classical piano but also sang in the JMU Men’s chorus and the University choir. He also had hands on training in audio and video production techniques. Eric spent a Summer in New York as an intern for a sound production studio where he did production audio, post-production audio, and sound design for documentaries, feature films, lives events, press conferences, and many other types of projects.
Although Eric studied piano in college, his main instrument is guitar. He has been playing guitar since he was fourteen and took classical guitar lessons. Eric has played in many different bands spanning a variety of genres and has played different instruments along the way, including guitar, piano, drums, and bass guitar.
Eric moved to Richmond, VA in the summer of 2014 and currently works as a photojournalist for WTVR/CBS 6 and as the director of technology and media for River Road UMC.
